Triskell belong to the Association for Coaching which promotes excellence and ethics in coaching. It is an independent, UK based non-profit organisation with the goal to promote best practice and raise awareness and standards across the coaching profession, which offers members a range of opportunities for ongoing professional development.

As a member of the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC), Triskell fully subscribes to the Council’s code of ethics. The EMCC Ethical Code covers key areas of practice including competence; context; boundary management; integrity and professionalism.

The Council has been established to promote best practice and ensure that the highest possible standards are maintained in the coach/mentoring relationship, whatever form that might take, so that the coach/mentoring environment provides the greatest opportunity for learning and development.
